One thing I really get upset about seeing on social media, is when people take pictures or videos of children in a dogs bed or crate with the dog. And think is sweet or cute.
I am always the kill joy saying I don’t think it’s right.
The dogs bed or crate should be a safe place of their own, where they can go just to get away, if things get a bit too much.
Many a time parents have said in defence that the dog loves having cuddles with the children, but what if the dog was having an off day, or they were feeling poorly.
Dogs can only take so much before the inevitable will happen.
Parents, PLEASE teach your children not to get into a dogs bed or crate.
